I am proud to say that I did a title design & animation for a film who's time has come. With Climate change talks coming up in Copenhagen it's important that everyone does their part to open up a dialogue about the planet, and the effect that modern day society has on it. It's your opportunity to go see H2Oil in theaters and join the director Shannon Walsh in discussions on what we can do to help push forth progressive legislation on climate change.
From the creators of Roadsworth: Crossing the Line.
Thanks to Alberta’s Athabasca oil sands, Canada is now the biggest oil supplier to the United States. A controversial billion-dollar industry is heavily invested in extracting crude from the tarry sands through a process so toxic it has become an international cause for concern. Four barrels of glacier-fed spring water are used to process each barrel of oil, then are dumped, laden with carcinogens, into leaky tailings ponds so huge they can be seen from space. Downstream, the people of Fort Chipewyan are already paying the price for what will be one of the largest industrial projects in history. When a local doctor raises the alarm about clusters of rare cancers, evidence mounts for industry and government cover-ups. In a time when wars are fought over oil and a crisis looms over access to clean fresh water, which resource is more precious? And what price are we willing to pay?

'En Mass'acre at Smart Design Mart
Worked with En Masse last weekend on a mural at Smart Design Mart. We laughed, we cried, we saw through time. I lifted the following pics from Jason Botkin & Bureau Mode MTL.

EnMasse website has arrived!
Hey lovers! There's a new en masse website, have a visit. Stay for a drink and some inspiration, it's on us. The picture above was a get well mural we did on canvas for MCA of the Beastie Boys after Osheaga 2009. Their performance was canceled on account of MCA's illness, so we made this to help him get better.
So go check out the site already at www.enmasse.info

Smile on your Brother Artshow - Montreal
This is a fantastic group show that I had the pleasure of participating in. Tons of talented artists worked on retro skate decks, and it's a fundraiser to boot! Doesn't get radder than that. The show has traveled from West Coast Canada starting in Vancouver, to East Coast where it can be seen now at 'Off The Hook' in Montreal. Like I said it's a great way to raise funds to get skateboards to those kids who can't get them, so join the auction and help out! My deck is pictured below, and there is also a picture from the show in Calgary. Auction continues online, so go check out www.wearcontributors.com if you'd see something you like.

EN MASSE collaborative month-long event involving 28 of Montreal’s finest
I'm taking part in a collaborative month-long event with a slew of talented Montreal artists. Check out the crappening’s below and come support!
---
“EN MASSE” @ Galerie Pangee, co-curated by Tim Barnard and Jason Botkin, is an explosive encounter between the worlds of fine art, comix, and graffiti on a massive scale. This month-long event, running from February 1st to March 1st, will climax with an all-night party for Montreal’s Nuit Blanche on Saturday, February 28th, 2009.
Twenty-eght Montreal artists, chosen for their cutting-edge graphic styles, have been invited to invade the space of Pangee for an entire month of production, working to cover the walls in a collaborative ecstasy of mark making.
The exhibition opened on February 3rd as a blank canvas, with the walls covered in white paper from floor to ceiling.
The artists will cover this blank canvas during the month of February on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 10am to 6pm. We invite you to come often, as this massive, once in a lifetime event project expands on a daily basis!
You are invited to the closing party on Saturday, February 28th from 6pm to 4am which is sponsored by the Nuit Blanche, Red Bull, Alternative, 33mag, and St. Ambroise.
